معايير سلامة الأطفال
١. نطاق التطبيق
كومنتات خدمة مخصّصة للبالغين ١٨ سنة فأكثر حصرًا. لا نسمح بإنشاء حسابات للقاصرين، ونتحقق من تاريخ الميلاد عند التسجيل، ونحذف أي حساب يتبيّن أن صاحبه دون هذه السن.
٢. ما نحظره
- مواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAM) بأي صيغة: صورة، فيديو، رسم، نص، أو محتوى مولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
- التحضير والاستدراج (grooming) أو أي محاولة لإقامة علاقة بقاصر بغرض الاستغلال.
- الابتزاز الجنسي (sextortion) لقاصر أو التهديد بنشر صوره.
- الاتجار بالأطفال أو الترويج له أو تسهيله.
- الوصف الجنسي للقاصرين، أو إضفاء طابع جنسي على صورهم مهما بدت عادية.
- الترويج لهذه المواد أو الإعلان عنها أو الإرشاد إلى أماكن وجودها.
٣. كيف نمنع هذا المحتوى
- فحص آلي قبل النشر: تُفحص كل صورة عبر Sightengine، ويُفحص كل نص عربي أو مختلط عبر Amazon Bedrock Guardrails، قبل ظهوره لأي مستخدم.
- حجب استباقي: يُحجب المحتوى المشتبه به تلقائيًا ولا يُنشر حتى تكتمل المراجعة.
- مراجعة بشرية: فريق مختص يراجع البلاغات على مدار الساعة.
- منع إعادة الإنشاء: نحتفظ بمؤشرات فنية تمنع المحظورين من العودة بحسابات جديدة.
٤. كيف تُبلّغ
البلاغ لا يحتاج حسابًا، ويُعامَل بأعلى أولوية:
- داخل التطبيق: اضغط (⋯) بجانب المنشور أو التعليق أو الحساب ← «إبلاغ» ← «سلامة الأطفال».
- بالبريد: — هذا البريد مخصّص لبلاغات CSAE ويُراجَع فورًا.
اذكر في بلاغك رابط المحتوى أو اسم الحساب ووصفًا مختصرًا. لا ترسل المحتوى المخالف نفسه.
٥. ماذا يحدث بعد البلاغ
حجب فوري
يُخفى المحتوى المُبلَّغ عنه فور استلام البلاغ.
مراجعة عاجلة
يراجعه فريق السلامة خلال ٢٤ ساعة كحد أقصى، وغالبًا في وقت أقصر بكثير.
إجراء نهائي
حذف المحتوى، وإيقاف الحساب نهائيًا، وحفظ الأدلة وفق النظام.
تبليغ الجهات المختصة
نبلّغ السلطات المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وننسّق مع الجهات الدولية عند الاقتضاء.
٦. مسؤول الاتصال لسلامة الأطفال
عيّنّا جهة اتصال مسؤولة عن قضايا سلامة الأطفال والاستجابة لطلبات الجهات النظامية:
نستجيب لطلبات الجهات المختصة خلال ٤٨ ساعة من استلامها.
٧. الالتزام النظامي
نلتزم بالأنظمة السعودية ذات العلاقة بحماية الطفل ومكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية، وبسياسات Google Play لمعايير سلامة الأطفال، وسياسات Apple App Store، وبمتطلبات التبليغ في الدول التي نقدّم فيها الخدمة.
٨. لأولياء الأمور
إن كنت تعتقد أن طفلك أنشأ حسابًا في كومنتات، راسلنا على مع اسم المستخدم أو البريد. سنغلق الحساب ونحذف بياناته خلال ٧٢ ساعة دون الحاجة لأي إجراء إضافي منك.
Child Safety Standards
1. Scope
Commentat is an adults-only service for people aged 18 and over. We do not allow accounts for minors, we verify date of birth at registration, and we delete any account found to belong to someone underage.
2. What we prohibit
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form: photo, video, drawing, text, or AI-generated content.
- Grooming, or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for exploitative purposes.
- Sextortion of a minor or threats to publish their images.
- Child trafficking, or promoting or facilitating it.
- Sexualised description of minors, or sexualising their images however ordinary they appear.
- Advertising, promoting, or signposting where such material can be found.
3. How we prevent it
- Automated pre-publication screening: every image is screened by Sightengine, and every Arabic or mixed-language text by Amazon Bedrock Guardrails, before any user sees it.
- Proactive blocking: suspected content is withheld automatically and not published until review completes.
- Human review: a dedicated team reviews reports around the clock.
- Ban-evasion prevention: we retain technical signals that stop banned users returning under new accounts.
4. How to report
Reporting requires no account and is handled at the highest priority:
- In the app: tap (⋯) beside the post, comment or account → "Report" → "Child safety".
- By email: — this address is dedicated to CSAE reports and is reviewed immediately.
Include a link or the account name and a brief description. Do not attach the violating material itself.
5. What happens after a report
Immediate withholding
Reported content is hidden as soon as the report arrives.
Urgent review
Our safety team reviews it within 24 hours at most, usually far sooner.
Final action
Content removed, account permanently banned, evidence preserved as required by law.
Reporting to authorities
We report to the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia and coordinate with international bodies where applicable.
6. Child safety point of contact
We maintain a designated contact responsible for child safety matters and for responding to requests from law enforcement:
We respond to requests from competent authorities within 48 hours.
7. Legal compliance
We comply with applicable Saudi child-protection and anti-cybercrime laws, with Google Play Child Safety Standards policy, with Apple App Store policies, and with reporting obligations in the countries where we operate.
8. For parents and guardians
If you believe your child has created a Commentat account, email with the username or email address. We will close the account and delete its data within 72 hours, with no further action needed from you.
