حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت، بلا مكالمات ولا أسباب مطلوبة. اختر الطريقة الأنسب لك:
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
افتح تطبيق كومنتات
وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
اذهب إلى «حسابي»
الأيقونة الأخيرة في الشريط السفلي.
اضغط على أيقونة الإعدادات ⚙︎
أعلى الشاشة.
اختر «حذف الحساب نهائيًا»
ثم أكّد العملية. سيُغلق حسابك فورًا.
الطريقة الثانية: من هذه الصفحة (دون تثبيت التطبيق)
عبّئ الحقول التالية وسيفتح لك بريدك الإلكتروني برسالة جاهزة. أرسلها كما هي من نفس البريد المسجّل في حسابك حتى نتمكن من التحقق من هويتك.
ما الذي يُحذف؟

ما الذي قد يبقى، ولماذا؟

متى يكتمل الحذف؟
- فورًا: يختفي حسابك ومحتواك من التطبيق ولا يعود أحد يراهما.
- خلال ٣٠ يومًا كحد أقصى: يكتمل الحذف النهائي من خوادمنا.
- نرسل لك تأكيدًا بالبريد عند اكتمال الحذف.
بديل: تجميد الحساب مؤقتًا
لا تريد الحذف النهائي؟ من «حسابي ← الإعدادات ← تجميد الحساب مؤقتًا» يختفي ملفك من النتائج ويبقى محتواك محفوظًا، ويعود كل شيء كما كان بمجرد تسجيل دخولك مرة أخرى.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your account and data at any time — no phone calls, no reason required.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
Open the Commentat app
and sign in to your account.
Go to "Account"
the last icon in the bottom bar.
Tap the settings icon ⚙︎
at the top of the screen.
Choose "Delete account permanently"
and confirm. Your account closes immediately.
Option 2: From this page (no app install needed)
Fill in the fields below and your email app will open with a ready-made message. Send it as is from the email address registered on your account so we can verify you.
What gets deleted

What may be retained, and why

When is deletion complete?
- Immediately: your account and content disappear from the app and no one can see them.
- Within 30 days at most: permanent erasure from our servers completes.
- We email you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
Alternative: temporarily deactivate
Not ready to delete permanently? Under "Account → Settings → Deactivate account temporarily", your profile disappears from results while your content is preserved, and everything returns the moment you sign in again.
