كومنتات مكان للنقاش. الاختلاف مرحّب به، والإساءة لا. هذه الإرشادات تشرح ما نتوقعه منك، وما نفعله عند تجاوز الحدود.
القواعد الخمس
ناقش الفكرة، لا الشخص
انتقد الرأي كما تشاء. أما السبّ والتحقير والسخرية من الأشخاص فلا مكان لهما.
لا تنشر ما ليس لك
لا تنشر صور الآخرين أو بياناتهم أو محادثاتهم دون إذنهم.
كن أنت
لا تنتحل شخصية أحد، ولا تدّعي صفة رسمية لا تملكها.
احترم المكان
لا محتوى جنسي، ولا عنف صريح، ولا ترويج لمحظور نظامًا.
لا تفسد النقاش
لا رسائل مزعجة، ولا حسابات آلية، ولا تلاعب بالتفاعل.
المحتوى الممنوع
هذه هي الفئات التي يرصدها نظام الإشراف لدينا ويزيلها. يُمنع نشر أو إرسال أو الترويج لأيٍّ مما يلي:
- الاعتداء على الأطفال: أي مادة تتعلق بالاستغلال أو الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAE) — عدم تسامح مطلق. راجع معايير سلامة الأطفال.
- المحتوى الجنسي الصريح والإباحي.
- التحرش والتنمّر والتهديد والملاحقة والتشهير بالأشخاص.
- خطاب الكراهية والتحريض ضد فرد أو جماعة على أساس الدين أو العرق أو الجنس أو الجنسية أو الإعاقة.
- العنف الصريح والتحريض عليه، والترويج للإرهاب أو التطرف.
- إيذاء النفس: الترويج للانتحار أو إيذاء النفس أو اضطرابات الأكل.
- ما يخالف الأنظمة السعودية أو يسيء للدين أو الرموز الدينية.
- الاحتيال والإزعاج: الاحتيال المالي، والرسائل المزعجة، والتسويق الهرمي، والمقامرة.
- السلع المحظورة: بيع أو الترويج للمخدرات أو الأسلحة أو أي سلعة محظورة نظامًا.
- انتحال الشخصية أو ادّعاء صفة رسمية زورًا.
- نشر بيانات الآخرين دون إذنهم (doxxing)، بما فيها صورهم الخاصة.
- انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية العائدة للغير.
- البرمجيات الضارة والروابط الخبيثة ومحاولات اختراق الخدمة أو مستخدميها.
- التلاعب: الحسابات الآلية، والكشط (scraping)، وتضخيم التفاعل والانتشار.
كيف نطبّق هذه الإرشادات
- فحص آلي قبل النشر: تُفحص النصوص عبر Amazon Bedrock وتُفحص الصور عبر Sightengine قبل ظهورها لأي مستخدم.
- حجب استباقي: يُحجب المحتوى المشتبه به تلقائيًا حتى تكتمل المراجعة.
- مراجعة بشرية: يراجع فريق الإشراف البلاغات، وتُعامَل بلاغات سلامة الأطفال فورًا.
- تدرّج الإجراء: من تنبيه وحذف المحتوى، إلى تقييد مؤقت للنشر، إلى إيقاف دائم — بحسب جسامة المخالفة وتكرارها.
ماذا يحدث عند المخالفة؟

تعتقد أن القرار خاطئ؟ راسلنا على خلال ٣٠ يومًا، ويراجع التظلّم شخص لم يشارك في القرار الأول.
أدواتك
- الإبلاغ (⋯): على أي منشور أو تعليق أو حساب.
- الحظر: يمنع المستخدم من رؤية محتواك أو مراسلتك.
- الإخفاء: يزيل محتوى من ظهورك دون أن يعلم صاحبه.
Community Guidelines
Commentat is a place for discussion. Disagreement is welcome; abuse is not. These guidelines explain what we expect, and what happens when a line is crossed.
The five rules
Argue with the idea, not the person
Criticise any opinion you like. Insults, contempt and mockery of people are out.
Don't post what isn't yours
No one else's photos, personal data or private conversations without their permission.
Be yourself
No impersonation, and no claiming official status you don't hold.
Respect the space
No sexual content, no graphic violence, no promotion of anything unlawful.
Don't break the conversation
No spam, no bots, no engagement manipulation.
What's not allowed
These are the categories our moderation detects and removes. Do not post, send or promote any of the following:
- Child abuse: any material relating to child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) — zero tolerance. See our Child Safety Standards.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
- Harassment and bullying, threats, stalking or defamation.
- Hate speech or incitement against a person or group based on religion, race, sex, nationality or disability.
- Graphic violence, incitement to violence, or promotion of terrorism or extremism.
- Self-harm: promotion of suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
- Anything unlawful under Saudi law or offensive to religion or religious symbols.
- Fraud and spam: financial scams, spam, pyramid schemes or gambling.
- Restricted goods: sale or promotion of drugs, weapons or any legally restricted goods.
- Impersonation or falsely claiming official status.
- Publishing others' data without consent (doxxing), including their private images.
- Intellectual-property infringement.
- Malware, malicious links, or attempts to attack the service or its users.
- Manipulation: bots, scraping, or inflating engagement and reach.
How we enforce these guidelines
- Automated pre-publication screening: text is screened by Amazon Bedrock and images by Sightengine before any user sees them.
- Proactive blocking: suspected content is withheld automatically until review completes.
- Human review: our moderation team reviews reports, and child-safety reports are handled immediately.
- Graduated action: from a warning and content removal, to a temporary posting restriction, to a permanent ban — depending on severity and repetition.
What happens if you break them

Think a decision was wrong? Write to within 30 days — appeals are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision.
